Hole   18
Par   5
The 531-yard eighteenth is one of the toughest on the course and a great finishing hole that was pivotal in the final match of the first PGA Championship, played at Siwanoy in 1916. The fairway doglegs gently to the right around a couple of bunkers in the right rough, making this one of the most difficult fairways to hit. Only a long drive in the fairway opens up the opportunity to go for the green in two shots. Most players will lay-up short of a creek crossing the fairway about 100 yards out, leaving a tricky short to mid iron third shot to a large and difficult green.
